Almost 20 years on, the oil glazing still looks fresh in all the rooms.

In lazy years this is about the extent of our xmas decoration. We did get a tree seen in background.

Sisters! Joni arrives from Australia.
Money well spent. It's easy to forget that so much that we hold near and dear comes from individuals doing wonderful things with their money. William and Elizabeth Kent were very special people.
Semi annual movie fix. American Sniper, Birdman, Imitation Game, Selma, A Violent Year , to name a few.

Fort Point is the end of the standard Presidio walk along the beach. Yes, it gets boring after a few hundred times. ;~) Every once in a while we go inside. Ground Hog day in a way.
Marin headlands
Something to be said about non pc signage. Straight and to the point. Sensitive types, shield you eyes.
In a few years this skyline won't exist. There are a dozen very large buildings planned.
My annual donation to the stitch fund....
Finally, the day before I departed I mailed 40 square feet of wall tile, frosted green/blue, 3x6 bought in Berkeley. Eight boxes in all, using the small book sized Priority Mail boxes. Each weighing about 25lbs. High risk but big reward if they make it. At $10 a sq ft vs $25 and a 12 week order window, if I could even find it on STT. I need to hold the tile in my hand to be certain of the color. This will take care of the upper bath wall.
The twin wall lights for the lower bath I carried in my luggage. Also mailed was the bladder for the utility room with all the fittings. Free shipping to SF and then I mailed it Priority. In all I saved over $250 but just as important we got the exact one we needed for our space limitations.
Back to sunshine. It has been cloudy and raining for nearly a month.
